First, I've noticed this website listing hasn't been updated in awhile. The gym has since moved to 6970 w. 116th Ave., Broomfield, CO. 80020. The gym is always clean and they have more room than many martial arts places that I've been too. Instructors are always pleasant and make you feel excited to be there. Music can sometimes be... ok, well it can sometimes be weird but at least they have unique tastes. Exercises: intense. You will lose weight, get in shape, gain muscle, etc. Direct instruction from the coaches and instructors. Other members are always willing to help out, and motivate each other to work hard. Prices: enough to make you want to take advantage of the open schedule and go every day, but not too much that you can't afford too Family friendly? Very, and a lot of people do have their kids or significant others enrolled in the program check it out. Just google FusBoxe
Pros: Instructor and gym members warm, helpful attitude

I've been to the martial arts gym's before and know firsthand that new people are received by the instructors and students in one of two ways (or even both!): with an attitude of arrogance, or with discrimination. Until I gave Fusion Martial Training Centers a try. Fusion Martial Training Centers is the only place in Colorado for FusBoxe: Mixed Martial Arts. What that means is a combination of Martial Arts are taught to students in the most functional and realistically applicable way. The styles taught include Muay Thai Kickboxing, American Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Russian Combat Sombo, sport Sombo, Karate, Ground-fighting, Grappling, Pancrase, Wrestling, Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do, to name a few. Due to the wide variety, each night of training revolves around learning something new and exciting. And we get the best of all the martial arts worlds: FusBoxe takes what works from all the systems, leaves out what doesn't work, and practices a martial art attitude, way, and mind frame that is warm, welcoming, and geared towards everyday people. I think that is what separated Fusion Martial Training from the others: the atmosphere. There are several competitive athletes in the gym but theyre just as nice and welcoming as the adults there simply to workout, laugh, gossip, and sweat towards a healthier lifestyle. This attitude has been expertly created by "the Wizard" Michael Sullivan. Nicknamed "the Wizard" for his people skills and charismatic demeanor that lend towards him being someone anyone can naturally be around and converse with, Michael Sullivan is the Head Instructor and Founder of FusBoxe and someone Im proud to call my friend. After enjoying the free week at Fusion, I instantly signed up my entire family and I actively recommend it to everyone I meet.
Pros: unique relationship with instructors and all the students
Cons: none, unless you don't like working out!
