I've never been much of a gym person - I'd rather play outside - but after turning 30 and having a baby, I needed some serious motivation and help to stay fit. I really like Fitness Together for a lot of reasons - the staff is encouraging and knowledgable, my sessions are tough and tailored to my interests/abilities, and the 1 on 1 things means that I HAVE to show up. I've seen some great results and really appreciate David and his staff. It's smaller than other gyms I looked at, but it's a good fit for me!
Pros: results, good location, great trainers
