I told David I wanted a lifestyle change, and they deliver! I work out three times a week with Anthony, which is always a supportive challenge. The staff places value on the importance of combining exercise with nutrition, and a realistic approach to reaching your fitness goal. With the addition of Vitabot online I can now keep track of my caloric intake, and Anthony can see it to keep me on track. Many people I work with have personal trainers, but their's don't provide written nutrition plans and fitness assessments. I know I made a good choice, and I look forward to losing 9 more inches! (lost 9 inches already, and 5 pounds)
