Pilates Central is a wonderful place to learn Pilates and get a great workout. The staff is friendly, fun and encouraging. Unlike other studios that can be intimidating, the staff makes you feel like you belong the moment you walk in the door. The studio is beautiful-what a view of the mountains! I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. The classes and private schedule are at convenient times. Since I have been doing Pilates my back pain is gone.
Pros: great instruction, friendly and fun, not intimidating
