I visited Zap a year ago and at that time told the tech. that I didn't want to buy any more products that didn't work. She performed a chemical peel. I proceeded to buy 100$ worth of product and was told if I had any issues to let her know. A week later I called to let her know the product was not working and stung my eyes. She told me they don't take back product and basically too bad. When I told her that was not what I was told by her she argued with me and said there was nothing she could do and she has another client waiting.

Amazing Results!

Overall very pleasant experience. The Staff at Zap Laser were very professional and friendly they made my experience great and made me feel at ease. The results were fantastic! Thank you Zap Laser!

facial sun spot removal is a waste of money

I had my facial sun spot removal service (about 15 spots) performed by Milana September 2008 and then waited three months for the laser burned spots to fully recover. To my disappointment, all treated spots are still visible as if I have not had the treatment. Not a single sun spot is gone. It was a total waste of money.

My Husbands Back Hair is Gone!!!!

I bought my man gift certifacates for back hair removal for his birthday. I swear-I had to shave this man's back every other day! It was pretty scary. After 3 years of shaving my beloved Chubacca, I decided Laser Hair Removal would be the perfect gift for me---I mean him...he's so smooth, like a baby's butt. He says it didn't hurt. All I know is his self confidence is very high. It was worth it! He just scheduled me for a facial and permanent eyeliner...I wonder if he's trying to send me a hint? I'm excited! Thanx Zap!!!

Surpisingly Painless and Affordable!!!

I heard Zap's commercial on the radio and called about their 2 for 1 offer. I just went in for my eyebrow arch. I was pretty nervous about the pain, but after getting my eyebrows, I returned the next day and did my bikini line. I am so excited! No more bumps and razor nicks! Milana is so cute and friendly, It felt like girls day out at the spa. I have all my friends informed-I wish I would have done this YEARS ago!!! Grest Job ZAP!!! I'll be back for BOTOX!!!
