I like sitting at the bar for wine and apps. They've got a great cheese plate.

Wow, what a great little restaurant / wine bar! This place has terrific atmosphere, super staff, great wines and excellent food. A really chill experience for a night out - highly recommended!
- Pros: Nice Ambience, Great Wine, Excellent Food
- Cons: Seats by the front windows have a liitle draft in winter
TOP of the Mark for Wine tasting & Menu

Great spot for trying wines. Take a look at the list because it changes almost daily. GREAT opportunity to experiment. The manager is committed to customer service and it shows. The bartender has the expertise and loves to share the information if you are interested in learning more. Great spot for light dinner at the bar - alone or with friends. LOVE CRU.
- Pros: Great wines paired with information - A+ Happy hour
- Cons: Service not as good at the table as it is at the bar.
So very lovely

This place is so unbelievably wonderful. I love it so much. The bartender Matt is always so nice and willing to accomodate your needs. The wine selection is fantastic (I recommend trying the ice wines). It's cozy and elegant....everything a wine bar should be. If I could afford it, I'd be there every weekend
- Pros: beautiful atmosphere, friendly and knowledgable bartenders, wonderful wines
- Cons: a little pricey, but worth it.
A little gem

Never had a bad time here - just for drinks, a bottle of champagne or wine or a full meal. This is much better than most of the hyped places in Denver. Always busy but they always have time for great service.
Love the champagne!

I love this place! It offers great service, excellent drinks and atmosphere! (We were only there between 9 & 10 PM, so not sure if it's good later on as well).

I have been going to Cru now for the last few months.. maybe 2 to 3 times a week to unwind after work. This place is never a let down.
- Pros: great selection
- Cons: not open for lunch
Friendly Wine Saavy Staff

My girlfriends and I had an excellent experience at Cru as part of a girls' night out. The interior is amazing with an impressive wall stacked with wine. The manager and server went out of their way to accomodate our party and help us pick out our wines. They were very knowledgable and were happy to teach us about our wines as well. There's a great variety of wine flights from which to choose. We didn't try the food but we plan on going back for dinner next time!
- Pros: Excellent staff
- Cons: Pricey but expected
Cozy and romantic Larimer Square wine bar lures grape lovers and sophisticated foodies.

In Short
The interior of this elegant two-tiered Larimer Square wine bar features cocoa-hued hardwood floors, sage green and burgundy banquettes, and wooden wine bins that span an entire wall. Wine aficionados gather at the light-wood bar to sample the 50 by-the-glass pours and nosh on map-spanning dishes, including cheese flights, crab cakes, steamed mussels, fondue, and paella. A more cosmopolitan vibe prevails downstairs in the lounge, where customers can recline in oversized chairs.
