Questable Skill Set

It was very difficult to get a straight answer about some of the procedures. I had a few questions about fillers and Botox (which I have had several times before) that were not answered very well which made me very uneasy. They advertise as leaders in Botox and fillers but did not seem to live up to that. I ended up having my treatment done somewhere else.
Pros: Nice Environment
Cons: Did not present procedures well

At La Fontaine we try to answer the simple questions over the phone, but often this is done by the front desk staff. The front desk staff is knowledgable about all the procedures, but it does not replace the physician consultation. At La Fontaine the physician is happy to meet with any patient for a consultation and does all the injection treatments himself. In the future, we will direct future patients to set up a physician consultation or the physician will return their phone call to answer all questions.
