I love the selection and variety at Square 1. I shop there a few times a year and stock up. The last couple of times they had the cutest German Shep that appears to be the house dog. I love that an upscale store with fairly pricey clothes would have a dog. Just makes the already great shopping experience even better! check out square 1 if you haven't been there, its really cool.

Well Slinky, We did offer to replace the zipper on your jeans free of charge. You obviously cannot follow our return policy stated on the receipt you recieved. By my understanding your emotional outburst in the middle of the store was not very appropriate either. We stand by every product in this store, and we FIRMLY stand by our return policy. You need to return your UNWORN Product before 2 weeks, and you clearly were way past that due date. I am sorry you have encountered a bad shopping experience, but everyone has to follow the rules. We have this policy and we stick by it. We can't just change thigs for you.

Pros: Great selection, Custeomer Service

Cons: Customers that don't like the return Policy

Ok, so I bought these FAAABULOUS Frankie B jeans at Square 1. The sales woman was very sweet and helpful. Wore the jeans for 1 month exactly, and then one day was walking through Cherry Creek when the jeans literally burst open in the front in public. How embarrassing! Upon closer inspection, it was obviously a manufacturer problem in which the zipper was precariously stitched onto the denim and the stitchwork in general needed reinforcement. It was just a matter of time before these jeans were falling off my body. So I relunctantly took these faaabulous but faulty jeans back to Square 1, and after explaining what happened, was told that the owner would not do anything to either replace, refund or even repair my new $210 jeans. She flatly said she would not take responsibility or stand behind her product! I was clearly upset and feeling very taken advantage of in view of the whole debacle, to which the kind sales girl responded by calling the owner back; only then did the owner relunctantly offer to pay $10 for a tailer to sew the zipper back on the denim. My only advice is: If you're going to spend $200 on a pair of jeans (the average price of denim in this store), I would strongly advise you to go with a store that will stand behind their product. I will never return to this store. The policy on faulty merchandise is clearly unacceptable not to mention arrogant. But I suppose they perhaps may not be interested in retaining customers...

Pros: Great denim selection

Cons: Terrible management and return policy

After checking the malls for help with high-end jeans I was faced with size zero clerks either giving me jeans to try on that my back end hug out of or they sent me to Ralph Lauren section aka old gal land. But I'm 106 lbs and just because I'm 50 doesn't mean I can't look stylish!!! Just when I thought there was no hope, I found the Square 1 advertisement in 5280. I apprehensively walked in the Square 1 shop and noticed strategically placed on the shelves were signs pleading customers to tap the expertise of the staff. "Ask us for help, we CAN HELP YOU" I explained my plight to Brianna and the little denim angel worked with me. She gave me a couple of options, which exactly fit my profile. 1. Not too low or too tight. 2. Up to the minute style. 3. Not too distressed and I want to look hot.but in a classy way of course. What you want when you are looking for jeans is honesty and fit expertise. Sorry ladies, you are not going to get this type of service at Nordstrom or Neiman's. Sure they have current brands, but we need help and straight shooting denim experts! You walk out the door of Square 1 and bingo, you are checking out pockets trying to identify who's wearing what. Now this is fun! Final words.....DO NOT GIVE UP. There is a pair of jeans out there for you.

Pros: Selection, sizes, current styles

Cons: You really have to watch for the shop or you'll walk right by it. Meter parking available.
