My husband and I stopped by for a drink and bite to eat before the Denver theatre. Our server knew little about the wine he was serving and not helpful about the menu. He seemed much more interested in the group of young women at a nearby table. We looked twice at the bill because it seemed we had gotten so little for such a large bill!

My name is Shari and I am the owner of Vines Wine Bar in Parker. I read your review & am very concerned by it. This does not sound like our establishment and shocks me, especially due to the server comment. We pride ourselves on our service and typically get great feedback regarding our service. Since December, we have only one male server and this is not at all like him. Obviously he could have been having an off night, but he has been here over a year & is very knowledgeable about both our wines & our food. Due to your comment regarding going to the Denver Theater, I'm wondering if it's possible you were not at our wine bar but another wine bar? Regardless of this, if you can provide any additional information, I would greatly appreciate it. In addition, I would also like to make this up to you in hopes that you will give us another chance.
