I usually visit Steuben's for my lunch break since I work in the area. Ocassionally there will be a wait but there is usually a spot at the bar for lunch. The service is always great! The waitstaff and bartenders are always friendly and outgoing, and the food is amazing. Last Tuesday I didn't have time to eat in so I called ahead for take-out. The girl behind the counter has amazingly friendly. She didn't just have my order ready, but recognized me from when I came in to eat. She introduced herself and said she'd make sure to say hi when I came in to eat next time. I got back to my office and my green chili cheeseburger was just as good as eating in. My fries were nice and hot too, since she waited until I arrived to order them from the kitchen. Nice touch!
Pros: Great food, great people
Cons: parking, sometimes crowded (but I guess that's because they're good!)
