My wife, two kids (toddlers) and I ate at Icon Burger today. Overall, a terrible experience; we will not be going back. Three things made it horrible: 1. The staff opened one of the two doors at the front of the restaurant and left it open. My wife told the staff she could see her breath and asked if she could close it. Their reply was "no, we're bring in supplies." For the next ten minutes the staff brought boxes into the store. We moved all of our belongings (including our lunch) to the back of the restaurant; none of the staff offered to help. 2. We found two black hairs in our food. One was on a pickle, the other on a french fry plate. 3. The music was very loud hard rock. Some may like this and that doesn't bother me, but probably not a great idea in a family-oriented restaurant. Honestly, if the food was excellent we may have considered giving the place another shot at some point. The food was mediocre, we will not be going back!
