I found this company online and liked their website. I ordered my wife flowers and she loved them and that's saying something. I've called them since and my wife has loved everything they've done.
Pros: Wife loves their flowers
Cons: I didn't find them sooner

Delilah's provided amazing florals and top-notch customer service for my December wedding. I actually started late in my planning process and had a lot of concerns, not having a real vision in place. What I loved most about them was I took my limited ideas to our first meeting and they completely transformed them into a solid plan that I loved and was so excited about, all in a matter of a consultation. They got a formal proposal to me within a couple of days (the two other florists I met with took more like a couple of weeks). I met with the owner and my bridal consultant and they both made me very comfortable, especially considering my time frame and larger budget. The day of, I was blown away and so was my family and my guests. I've since ordered a few arrangements from them (for my parents, a girlfriend and a client of mine) and immediately got calls about how incredible the flowers were! I now consider them my Go-To Florist - they're fabulous.

delilah's designed the flowers for my wedding. i was disappointed when i found out that the flower designer that i had been consulting with for months didn't even show up to the wedding. some other girl from delilah's ended up taking her place, which caused a big disconnect. hey, at least someone showed up. however, there was a definite disconnect between what i had told my flower designer and this new girl. the greenery on the table wasn't what we had talked about, so she whipped out the contract and shoved it in my face and said that she placed them exactly how the contract said. that was rude. i tried to let it go. the mother's corsages fell apart. they didn't even get to wear them, they had completely fallen apart before they even had a chance to put them on. the groom's rose boutonnière was too large and kept slumping over. however, the flowers on the fireplace mantel were gorgeous. but i didn't realize they were going to take the candles from the mantel and put them on the dinner tables, leaving the mantel with only two candles for most of the night. my bouquet was very pretty and photographed very well. the bridesmaid's flowers were pretty as well, but way too big. they were almost the same size as the bride's bouquet, but should have been smaller in scale. delilah's should have known to make the bridesmaid bouquet slightly smaller than the bride's. i gave delilah's pictures of exactly what i wanted and they came pretty close. there was a definitely communication meltdown and i was very disappointed in how a few things turned out and the attitude of the girl that showed up in place of the girl i had been working with, however, my bouquet was so pretty that i can probably overlook the rest, but i'd proceed with caution if you think about using delilah's for your wedding.
Pros: beautiful flowers! great concept!
Cons: follow thru, communication, dependability
