First visit saw a "junior stylist" who was just starting out. She was young, slow and easily distracted by who ever was coming in the front door. Style and color both good. Not sure really charged "js" price though. Continued to see her for about another year. Referred two other clients. Price continued to climb without any warning. Price was never consistant for the exact same service-not sure when she thinks she became "senior stylist". Would use multiple colors in hair but never ask or inform first, only to find out bill was around $300 including tip. Always had a problem with water at wash station (where they stylists love to gossip about other stylists while washing your hair) temperature would either be really hot or cold every appt. Parking is limited as well. This salon has potential, but forgets what role the customer plays...They seem too consumed with what magazine or television show they can be on next. Get over yourself.
Pros: average stylist
Cons: inconsistant pricing, parking

Blondies is the best salon I have ever been to. Being a guy it is hard to admit to going to a girly salon but I had by far the most amazing cut ever. For one I was not the only dude in the place seems like lots of guys had the same idea the day I went. The shampoo was relaxing and the stylist gave me some great ideas for a new haircut. I went with her suggestions and was so happy to get what I wanted. I have been to them all super cuts, Floyd's, you name it and none even compare to Blondies. Thanks! I will most definately be back.
Pros: Great Shampoo
Cons: None

I've gone into Blondies for a cut and color several times over the past eighteen months, never really being all that pleased with the results. Color was decent, but the cut lacked style, split-ends remained and when I got the bill, almost always 15 - 20% higher than I was quoted. Getting your hair done as you like for a price you like as well is tricky, so i've tried to keep an open mind, however, on my last visit to Blondies I decided customer service should be just as, if not more, important than quality. I was one of two customers left in the salon late on a Thursday night when the other customer (an older gentleman) asked the stylist to NOT trim his sideburns as before they'd been cut too short. Rather accept his request, the stylist pestered him with "come on, man" finally giving up on his 5th no. What was the most shocking, was that the owner, one mirror over, made the catty comment suggesting "if you don't want style advice go to Super Cuts". Blondies should be LISTENING to their clients, not tormenting them with so-called style advice. Doesn't matter if it had been a long day or if the owner & stylist thought less of the older gentleman, it is never appropriate to bad mouth a customer. Especailly when others are listening and bad news travels fast. I'll ensure that everyone i know, knows how Blondies treats their customers. If that guy in the chair ever reads this review, you should know you have plenty of style and glad you stuck your ground!!
Cons: Price for value

I had another great experience at Blondies! My second time now at Blondies and it was even better than the last if that is possible. I got highlights this time and I love them. My stylist must have used at least 5 different colors and then gave me the most amazing deep conditioning treatment. My hair is so shiny and I keep getting comments from total strangers asking who does my hair. Thank you Blondies for making me look so great! I should change my cover name from badblonde to fab blonde!
Pros: friendly, easy parking, experienced staff
Cons: none

I was expecting great things from Blondies after seeing on their website that they had been written about in InStyle magazine. When I first arrived the front desk people openly ignored me and I had to wait forever to check in. My stylist was really nice and did a good job with my highlights, but when she cut my hair she cut the layers on one side of my head MUCH, much shorter than the layers on the other side. Not only did she cut them shorter, she cut too much hair for the layer so I have a chunk cut out on the one side. It'll take me a while to grow the one side back out to match the other side. Also, the salon was SO HOT!!! I mentioned it to the stylist and she said that their air conditioner doesn't really work. I also heard another woman getting her hair done mention the heat and her stylist said that it had been even hotter the week before!

First they canceled and had to reschedule my appointment the day before my appointment. From the time that I walked in the door I was treated just awful, these people have no idea what customer service is. Then The very rude and condescending stylist took so long just to put foils in my hair and I had to wait in line for a dryer. After taking out the foils and revealing a color that another stylist asked (with a sad look of pity) if it was my own doing! She said she had no time give me the hair cut I had scheduled. Mind you she had already pulled my hair back and and just chopped of the majority of my hair so she would not waste the color. Leaving my hair looking like a two year old with scissors got a hold of my hair. She put the bleach on my roots first, leaving them bright yellow and the rest of my hair orange and splotchy! Then they sent me on my way without a single apology. This is just a brief overview of my horrifying experience at blondies, had I gone into further detail it would leave you in sheer disbelief. DO NOT BE FOOLED by their website as I was, it makes them sound like a wonderful salon with great stylists, this could not be further from the truth. They overbook and are way more concerned with getting you in and out than doing a good job or providing good customer service. Save your time , hair, money, and sanity and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE!
Pros: Not a single one.
Cons: Too many to list!

Blondies is a must experience for anyone who likes to pamper themselves and look their best. This salon has a friendly and professional staff. My stylist always has an intuition about what might look nice and then provides me tools to replicate the look at home. This is so great! Now everyday people at work ask me if I have just come from the salon! I highly recommend this salon.
Pros: Location, Ambience, Quality

Blondies is the best salon I've been to in Denver hands down! The shop is located in a hip and easily accessed area. No problems with parking (you don't even have to pay - especially great for Cherry Creek!!) The staff is very helpful and kind, they'll do anything to make your visit comfortable. No worries once you step into the colorful and busy salon, they'll take the time to explain any hair questions and really listen when you explain what you want. Also the staff is so experienced that they'll let you know if what you want is possible and what REALLY would look good on your head! I absolutely love going to Blondies and I've never looked better than when I'm finshed with my cut and color. I've been going to Blondies since it opened and would never even dream of leaving my stylist! If you want great hair in a fun and open salon this is the place to go!!
Pros: Expert sylist (best colorist around!!)

I love this salon! I have thin hair that is cut and colored to perfection and feels thick and luxurious. Strangers stop me frequently to ask where I have my hair done. Better than any cut that I had when I lived in NYC. Great Cherry Creek location with easy parking and excellent Kerastase products. You can book with a master, a junior stylist or an apprentice.
Pros: Fabulous stylists, great atmosphere, easy parking!

If you ever want to actually make an appointment this is not the salon for you. Even if you leave a message don't expect a call back.
Pros: parking
Cons: bad front desk, average skill level
