Plumbline Pilates is right on my way home from work., and the large windows with the new business signage caught my eye. I remember the first time I called Jessica to inquire about pilates, I asked her if she worked with out of shape, overweight, menopausal women. She did not hesitate to state that she did...and this was almost two years ago. I have to say, that by working with Plumbline I have not lost muscle mass on this grandmother's body, I walk straighter and what a great stress releaser! We work as a team on my body...and who doesn't like that?! Plumbline has the knowledge to adapt different exercises to accomdate injuries...and we have worked through knee and shoulders so far. What a find!
Pros: You may need to walk 1/2 block if you cannot find parking in front
Cons: Parking is on the street and you may need to walk 1/2 block
