Harmony Yoga studio is a warm, inviting yoga community. The classes at Harmony not only provide a great Yoga class, but also Harmony shows you how to begin to live your Yoga off the mat. It is a great place for beginners and for experienced practitioners who want to get more out of their Yoga then just an hour and 1/2 of stretching and exercise. It is a place that lets you connect with yourself, others and Yoga in a profound way. I highly recommend Harmony to those seeking a knowledgeable teacher and friendly environment to practice their Yoga.
