Wonderful Workshops and Nia is a must
by sedall at Citysearch
This yoga studio is wonderful for their regular classes, the atmosphere and the community orientation. But I like this studio for 2 additional reasons: 1) The Nia Classes by Kerstin Rowe... if you've never tried Nia it's an amazing dance practice that is more fun than you can imagine and a wonderful aerobic dance practice. and 2) the workshops. I've attended workshops on energy work, todller nia, etc. The offerings are broad and incredible and affordable. I'm in a debt of gratitude for this studio to be located so integrated in my life.
- Pros: Instructors are great so are the practitioners
- Cons: could use more class times
Yoga
by d313 at Citysearch
I enjoyed the few classes I went to except for the music in the 1st class was from the instructor's ipod and was not in the least bit relaxing or spirtual. I prefer mellow, meditative music personally.
- Pros: reasonably priced
- Cons: some instructors play rock n roll or whatever is on the ipod
Great Yoga studio, great rates
by Cory_Jane_Birkett at Citysearch
I like Harmony Yoga for several reasons. It is the closest yoga studio to where I live in Aurora. The rates are very reasonable. I have tried the Hatha, Amrit Hatha, and Vinyasa Flow and have had great instruction in all these types of classes. The energy I feel when I am practicing yoga at Harmony Yoga studio is positive and energizing. I have been doing yoga consistently for about three months and the yoga at Harmony Yoga has helped me on my path.
Beautiful place for beginners!

I took my very first class at Harmony Yoga last evening and I was impressed by the entire experience. The studio is cozy and very comfortable. The instructor (Lania) was top notch. In starting my yoga journey, I took a couple of classes at the wrong place for me. I decided to try Harmony before I gave up on yoga all together, now I will be practicing regularly at Harmony Yoga! Thank you Lania and Harmony Yoga studio!
- Pros: beautiful, relaxing setting, seasoned instructors that focus on your needs
- Cons: would love to see even more evening classes!
Filled with warmth and positive energy

If you are looking for a sanctuary with heart and soul, Harmony Yoga is the studio to go to. It is always brimming with supportive nurturing energy and smiling people. I've practiced yoga at home for a long time, but I'm so grateful that I met Michelle, the owner, and found Harmony Yoga. The classes are filled with purpose, intent and meaning - and a community of extremely friendly students. Michelle welcomes you as part of the "family," and she always goes the extra step to make everybody feel comfortable and at ease. For all those who are unsure - please GO!!!
- Pros: Happy atmosphere, very friendly people, close to Cherry Creek bike path, easy parking, mats, pillows, bricks, blankets and wonderful eye pillows are provided.
- Cons: None
Harmony Yoga is a perfect name for a peaceful place to grow in body, mind, friendship
by rickets at Citysearch
I felt peaceful as soon as I stepped into Harmony Yoga. While I was not that familiar with Yoga and recovering from a severe leg injury, Michelle made me feel comfortable and tailored a session to accomodate my needs. The environment also makes you feel like staying awhile for a cup of tea and conversation. It is a wonderful oasis.
- Pros: atmosphere, instructor, strengthening, easy access for disabilities
safe, comfortable environment, great teachers, wonderful atmosphere

I have been at Harmony Yoga since the day Michelle opened the doors. Michelle, the owner, has put so much of herself and her love of yoga into this neighborhood studio. There is something here for everyone. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and there is a feeling of "welcome" when you come to class. You will not "fall through the cracks" here, nor will you feel intimidated. Each student counts at Harmony and each class has it's own meaning. This studio has grown greatly in the past year. Michelle has a great sense of community and she has instigated clothing drives, breast cancer fund raising, supporting Denver Health new babies and young children and a host of other workshops and campaigns. There is always something new going on at Harmony yoga. If you are looking for a place to begin a new yoga practice or to further your already exhisting practice, Harmony will serve your needs and surpass your expectations. I highly recommend this wonderful studio and am grateful for what it has brought to my life.
- Pros: well planned classes, wonderful enviornment, thoughtful presence of community
Calm and beautiful space for my yoga practice.

Having attended Harmony Yoga for close to a year, I have seen the truly positive changes it has made in my health and life. As you walk in the door you can immediately sense the inviting environment created by Michelle which is further energized by all of the teachers and students. I make the drive from Castle Rock at least once a week and always leave feeling recharged; don't mind the drive at all. See this studio being part of the community for many years to come.
- Pros: ample parking in a well lit lot, affordable classes, wide range of class choices
A yoga studio that is a valued part of its community!
by mvoeller at Citysearch
This yoga studio is welcoming and warm. It has a number of experienced teachers who make an effort to get to know their students. The classes are informative and true to yoga's roots. It is not a "work out," but much more than physical exercise. People leave the studio feeling better about themselves and being a part of their community. Monthly workshops are educational and help build overall wellness. Great parking and atmosphere for a soothing yoga experience.
- Pros: Atmosphere, instructors, parking
Harmony Yoga is a great Community of Yoga!
by kleyoga at Citysearch
Harmony Yoga studio is a warm, inviting yoga community. The classes at Harmony not only provide a great Yoga class, but also Harmony shows you how to begin to live your Yoga off the mat. It is a great place for beginners and for experienced practitioners who want to get more out of their Yoga then just an hour and 1/2 of stretching and exercise. It is a place that lets you connect with yourself, others and Yoga in a profound way.
I highly recommend Harmony to those seeking a knowledgeable teacher and friendly environment to practice their Yoga.
- Pros: Great prices, great location, inviting atmosphere
