Thank you for creating such a high level and successful meeting for our Board of Directors yesterday. As I'm sure you understand, it is important for us to ensure that our Board members are comfortable and have a good experience while they are meeting here. Working with you was not only easy, but your intuition in understanding and providing exactly what we needed was a relief! According to the feedback I received from our Board members, the variety and flavors of the breakfast and luncheon selections were clearly the highlight of the day. After trying other local catering services who charge by the dozen and serve mass-produced food at exorbitant prices, I can't tell you how refreshing it is to work with a professional who really cares about the customer. I will be using Providence Catering exclusively for all of our company's functions from now on. Again, thank you for taking such good care of our Board and making my life so much easier!
Pros: The variety and flavors were clearly a highlight of the day!

My husband and I have experienced Matthew’s cooking. Our immediate impression, when we first saw the food presentation, was, “This is absolutely stunning – a work of art”. When we ate the food, we could immediately appreciate the care taken in orchestrating each aspect of the dish. The balance of colour, the distribution of texture, the delivery of tenderness, the mixture of aroma, and the artistic finesse (yes, I am talking about our plate of food) were simply perfect. In short, Matthew’s cooking exudes the cozy feelings of home-cooking and yet brings to life the exotic taste and artistic display found in a posh restaurant.

I first experienced this marvelous risotto at a party catered by 'Providence', I liked it so much that I ordered more! The silky, smooth & muti dimensional flavors make this mushroom risotto a perfect stand alone lunch dish or the perfect companion to poultry for a dinner. The fact that this dish does not contain cream or butter makes it a guilt free indulgence. It is a stick to your ribs, but not to your hips comfort food.
Pros: Very easy to order, low fat alternatives provided

The executive chef came and talked to me one-to-one & helped me design the perfect menu. Allergies and budget were no problem, and they organised the bar, the table decorations & even designed a party cocktail for me!!! A truely unique service, they took the stress out of organizing a party and everyone had a great time - including me for a change!! I would strongly recommend that you give them a call!!
Pros: Fantastic Food, flexible - increasing numbers was no problem
