Jennifer is an amazing wealth of knowledge on health and nutrition. This is complimented by her strong intuitive nature. My health has benefited immensely from Jennifer's counseling, as has my understanding of health and nutrition. My cooking and the tastiness of my meals has improved by equal measure. The counseling at the Art of Living Wellness Center is an absolute prerequisite for anyone that wishes to create and/or maintain health in todays fast paced world. Make an appointment for a free consultation today - you can't afford not to.

The Center really looks at the whole individual - I found the first session to be very helpful, and we spent time talking about my history of depression. Jennifer really listened, and insprired me about what was possible for my life and health. I joined the program and so far have really been enjoying it - the sessions, and the cooking classes have been very helpful. I reccommend seeing Jennifer, at least for the first session, which she doesn't charge for. Hope that helps!
