I had my locks changed by Alfa and they did a really good job making the locks work smoothly ; the job was also done very quickly. I called for an appointment and the time I asked for was the time they arrived at. I think Alfa does a good job taking care of their customers and I was happy with my experience with Alfa

Alfa got me back into my house at 2:45 am when I locked myself out taking my dog on a walk. I called 411 and got three numbers all advertised 24 hour service but only Alfa answered. I was scared and it was dark out but luckly Alfa responded to the call in 10 min! I had to call them a week later because my deadbolt was not working well. I thought I would need a new lock but they made it work like new again. Save these guys number in your phone because they get you out of a jam quick.
Pros: got the quick and price quoted was actual price when they arrived
