So I got bottle service here there was 9 people in my group. Yeah the food was good, in fact it was really good. However, the waitress only gave us the first drink poured. Then when we were out of mixers it took a lot to get her attention so that we could finish our bottles. Then she has the nerve to tell me that my boyfriend (who was drunk) told her that she was going to get a 35% tip now, she shouldn't listen to drunk people and since I was paying I was damn well going to pick the tip she deserved. Basically she was telling me to give her that high of tip. I will take my money else where.

I'd recommend this place for a pre-clubbing/night out, or just one of those weeknights where you're not looking to go all-out on the town. Love the bartenders, extremely nice, wait staff could use a little help in being friendly. Music is OKAY, but I can't be too picky given that not everyone in the world is hardcore into trance and electronica. Definitely has a lot of potential, managers are working hard to get the place up and going just in time for summer - check it out!

Pros: Bartenders, atmosphere, drinks

Cons: Waitstaff, DJs can be a little sub-par

Is this another LA inspired slop house or what? Indignet waitstaff, poor service, expensive drinks and a "hands-off" atmosphre. Get it right - Denvers a city surrounded by 800 miles of nothing. There isn't enough upper crusties to keep you alive for more than 8 months. Good Luck - I'd like first dibs on your bar when the auction comes up!

Pros: nice locatipn

Cons: indignet staff - typical LA scene - 8 mos its gone

The Lure is one of those places that just attracts the right crowds... You can go there feeling assured that you will be taken care of and treated with the utmost respect and loyalty. At times the lounge is hopping and vibrant, and other times you can go there with your girlfriends and just sit and relax in the big, comfortable booths. I go there a lot and the staff actually knows me by name, and they are always so pleasing and accommodating. I love it there because it gives you a taste of the current hip and trendy fashions that come along with good taste from the decorating to the way the staff is dressed. Very tasty cheese platters, decadent cheese fries, great desserts, and the drink specials are spectacular. The Lure is a place where you get to meet a lot of very influential, intelligent, and interesting people, and this is hard to find in Denver. Great job!

Pros: Great, friendly staff

Cons: A little too crowded at times, but that's not always a bad thing

Lure is my home away from home. It's a trendy and classy bar. You can come here on a date, just come by for a few cocktails, or even party your night away at this bar! The music is hot, the food is great, and the service is amazing!!!! No matter what I do each weekend, I always make my way to Lure at some point because I know I will always have a great experience!

I recently moved to Denver from New York and I was very impressed with LURE. Perfect to enjoy dinner and drinks with friends...I personally love the decor, ambiance, music and service...Great place to "people watch" - it attracts nothing but a beautiful crowd...If you are looking for a nightlife scene: Thu-Sat are my favorite...Highly recommend it!!!

Pros: Beautiful Crowd...

Cons: Bar closes early, like every other bar in Denver...lol

The Lure has quickly become my favorite place for a late-night bite to eat. The menu is fantastic and reasonably priced, the best in Denver at that hour! The staff compliments the food with great service and a friendly attitude. I have not been for Dinner, but have been told by several friends that it is terrific as well. The crowd is also very friendly and unpretentious, and the atmosphere lends itself equally well to a night out on the town with friends or for a romantic spot for drinks and appetizers. Highly recommended!

Pros: Great atmosphere, friendly attractive staff, original well-priced menu

Cons: Can get a bit crowded on the weekends

I had one of the best dates at The Lure - we did appetizers, dinner & dessert. The appetizers were a great price since it was happy hour; our dinners were prepared exactly how we liked them, and OMG the Spicy Chocolate Mousse is to die for!! Pair it with some port wine and its heaven! We went to the comedy club after that then back to The Lure for Drinks! I have been back to The Lure many times since this date and have enjoyed good times with friends every time! Even throw my 25th birthday party there :)

Pros: Friendly Staff

Cons: Hard to find if you don't know what your looking for

Walking through the front door of The Lure the first time, I was immediately impressed by the patrons. Seemingly a cut above the rest: dressed well, fit, energetic and beautiful. Clearly, I had found my tribe. As the night progressed, I was introduced to literally some of THE most stunning women that Denver has to offer. Oddly, they were also friendly. This predisposition to kindness that may be somewhat lacking in other Denver-based club/bars likely had something to do with The Lure's atmosphere and the instant comfort that it endears. The decor is eclectic in a very sleek and integrated way, the lighting is near perfect and the size of The Lure is large enough to accommodate enough to let you know that you are in the "right" place, yet "intimate" enough that you can still have conversations with those that you wish to become 'intimate" with. ; ) While booze is booze no matter where you buy it, the service at The Lure is spectacular and friendly. I have never asked for something I couldn't have and didn't get. Speaking of which, I have ordered items not even printed on The Lure's already spectacular menu. Do not go to The Lure expecting anything less than excellence. Go hungry, thirsty, well behaved and well dressed- you'll have an unforgettable time!

Pros: Ownership, service, fantastic menu, beautiful crowd.

Cons: Need to watch bar tab authorizations a bit better.
