outstanding!

What a daunting thing it is to have your furnace go out when you know you are facing a Colorado winter. as a single mother, I also always want to ensure that I am getting the best service possible. I certainly found that with Applewood! From their excellent customer service, to compassionate and knowledgeable electrician I knew I found the right place. They go as far as sending a picture of the technician prior to your appointment so you know who you are letting into your house. I have a furnace original to my 1957 house and it will need to be replaced, but instead of a strong sales pitch, the electrician got it up and running to take me safely through this season, giving me a chance to save for a new one! When that time comes, I will absolutely use Applewood to buy and install!

Dishonest

Called Applewood for an estimate on pulling a natural gas line from the basement to the kitchen. The estimate was about $1200. The plumber got very mad when we said we weren't interested and had received quotes much cheaper. He then questioned credentials of other companies. Ended up using a well-known, local company and paying a total of $350. We were charged for the estimate. Total rip-off.

Prompt and Professional

Nathan of Applewood Plumbing and heating was fantastic. He took the time to show me what all the job included and was prompt and curteous. The job he performed was excellent and timely. I can not remember the last time I had a plumber teach and ask if there was anything else he could answer or help out with. Applewood customer service is fantastic and they were upfront on cost before the job!!! Nothing was left out or undone!

Top of the line

This company was very thorough and prompt. We were very impressed with the tech. He was kind and explained the different price structure but just over our budget. I feel they would be top quality.

Excellent Service

The customer service was superb! From the moment I called for an appointment, the scheduler was very professional and helpful. The plumber came within the scheduled time frame. He was polite, clean (wore shoe covers!) and had long experience. He fixed the problem quickly and left the premises without any mess. I will definitely use them again.

A/C Repair

Once scheduled, the repair man arrived on time, spoke briefly with me then went straight to the compressor unit outside. After a short period he returned stating there was a blown fuse. He had shoe covers so he did not track outside dirt into the house. All in all a very excellent service call.

Amazing Plumbing Service

I received excellent customer service from Master Plumber Jaime Rodrigue. His calm, reassuring manner immediately put me at ease and I knew I was working with an honest, straightforward man whom I could trust. Jaime was kind, caring, empathetic and listened to my concerns, and walked me though the process of repairing a broken sewer main pipe. I was impressed by his ability to coordinate so many tasks yet he made me feel like his number on priority. The original estimate for the project was a staggering $15,000 but by the end of project that number dropped to $7600. Throughout the project I felt Jaime had my best interest at heart. It is with high praise that I recommend Applewood Plumbing and their representative, Jaime Rodriguez. J Maule

Wonderful service

I had some plumbing problems that were easily diagnosed and fixed on the first call. Technician looked at all my plumbing and gave me a time table for bringing up my 50 year old home up to speed. There was no pressure, just helpful advise

Excellent service

Have used them twice, once for an AC repair and once for some plumbing work. Courteous technician arrived when scheduled, but cover on his shoes, and fixed the problem at the lowest cost possible. Will use them again.

If you want to throw away money, use them.

Plain and simple...don't let many positive reviews convince you. If you have a lot of money to throw away, want something done fairly quick, and don't mind being ripped off, by all means call Applewood. If not (which should cover about 95% of you), don't use them. I was quoted an exorbitant price, lied to, and deceived. Luckily, I checked with someone a friend referred to me, and found out that I could have the same thing done for almost 1/3 of the price. This independent person told me Applewood is one of the worst companies you could call. Companies pay for certain bureau's certification, so don't believe that either. Want a good company, email me and I'll refer you. Don't use Applewood. Trust me.
