Very motivating, great results

One class and I was strangely addicted. The format, the variety, and the intensity are perfect. A great mix of inside/outside, weights and cardio. Builds muscle, endurance, speed, power and balance.
The instructors will throw in some games and races from time to time to keep things interesting.
This sounds like an informercial, but I seriously didn't realize how lazy and predictable my workouts had become until I went to Altitude. Great experience...
- Pros: Variety, results, people
- Cons: Star jumps

I attended the free boot camp class on Saturday morning. The instructors are professional and driven. You won’t find a better way to get in shape while having fun, beats going to a regular gym.
- Pros: best fitness training in town
- Cons: none
Fun, effective, and no injuries!

I worked out at another boot camp for years, even wrote a glowing review for it, but Altitude has changed my attitude! At the other place, you were expected to live to workout; at Altitude, we workout to live. It used to be that I couldn't do anything on the weekends because I was too sore. I couldn't run a charity 5k or ride my bike, because I had to recover for Monday?s workout. At Altitude, we stretch out! What a concept! And it cuts down on the high injury rate I saw at the other camp. Everyone is helpful, encouraging and just fun to be around!
- Pros: Great vibe, a place to have fun and get strong to have more fun
best in denver!

Altitude is the best boot camp around. The trainers are motivating, supportive and always keep workouts creative. A true boot camp, Altitude aways keeps me on my toes, pushing me further than I would ever workout on my own. It's truly my favorite part of the day.
If you're ready to get serious about getting real results and want to meet awesome people APF is for you. Plus, each 6-week session ends with happy hour and there's no better way to celebrate and show off your hard work!
- Pros: friendly, experienced and motivating trainers. No two workouts are ever the same!
- Cons: nada
I love it!!

I love working out at Altitude! The location is amazing. We are outside so much and the area (Lodo) has so much to offer. We may be in one of the many close urban parks, running the stairs in downtown buildings or my favorite, running the Platte River. I have completed other camps in the city but have not seen results like I have with Altitude. I shaved an entire minute off my mile run!! The gym is great too. Huge warehouse like space. The equipment is top notch. You never do the same workout twice, so much variety to keep you from getting bored. The instructors push you and make you feel like you can accomplish anything with the right attitude. They wont let you slack either which is what I needed. I feel better now than I ever have. I have more energy, feel stronger, walk taller! I love this program. I am addicted and will sign up again and again.
- Pros: RESULTS!!!
Look Great Feel even better!

After not working out for many years and being quite out of shape Altitude had been just what I needed. I signed up because I needed a jumpstart to get myself back in shape again and Altitude did just that. Even though I am not a morning person I look forward to my 5:30 am workouts. They are different almost everyday, from running downtown, working out in the gym, or my favorite doing a little bit of everything down by the Platte I never get bored. While you are working out in a group you still get personalized attention to correct form or give you that extra little push on your last situp. I will and have recommended Altitude Peak Fitness to all of my friends and I am already in my 2nd 6 week session. By the way you don't have to go at 5:30 am they have later morning classes and evening classes as well.
- Pros: Easy access, great prices, variety of full body workouts that don't get old.
A new spin on the old workout

If you are looking for a new work-out routine (or just trying to get back into shape) the Altitude Peak Fitness boot camp workout is the place to be. I was impressed with both the facility and my instructor. Located in a non-descript building in the heart of LoDo (only 2 blocks from Coors Field) I was surprised at the new, very cool, open, and airy space once inside the front door. New equipment and great tunes made me look forward to my daily workout regimen (even at 5:30 am!) . If you live or work near downtown and you want a new workout that you will love (and hate at the same time) this is the place for you. I will definitely be coming back for the next session (although I might opt for one of the later clasees).
- Pros: facility, instructor,

Boot camp provides an encouraging team-style alternative to working out at the gym.
