Kate changed my life! Living with a chronic and pain filled illness, she introduced me to the world of acupuncture. She did so in conjunction with my physician, which was reassurring on all levels. Within a few months, my quality of life increased greatly, and my overall physical, mental and spiritual health improved. Perhaps the greatest gift I recieved from Kate? Learning that I cannot "fight" my illness, because my illness IS me. Instead, I have learned to embrace it, and work with it, and accept it as part of me. It is no longer a bad thing, it just is. My only regret is that Kate left the east coast. However! All of you in Denver are blessed with her healing compassion and abilities. Lucky you. Laura

I found Kate only after unsuccessful attempts at a good acupuncture experience with 2 other acupuncturists in the area. What they were lacking, Kate far surpassed: easy to talk to, focused on developing a plan for your specific problem or area of interest, positive and knowledgeable. You feel like she is treating you as an individual and not just assessing your problems based on some questionnaire, She truly tries to figure out what is going on and why, and offer viable solutions. I trust her.
Pros: Service, ambience, flexible times offered
Cons: None, parking may be a problem, meter, and during baseball games

For an amazing acupuncturist who uses five element theory, check out Kate Kellogg! She is conveniently located in lower downtown Denver. She sets aside and takes the adequate and appropriate amount of time with you to understand and address your needs. The treatement is comfortable, spot-on effective, and she's willing to take the time to discuss your experience to make the effects more lasting.
Pros: Walking distance from the 16th street mall

Kate Kellogg is an amazing healer. I am afraid of needles, but Kate was able to put me at ease by showing me first the size of the needles and applying one in my hand first. After getting through my fear, I realy enjoyed the process and felt a higher energy level after my first treatment. Kate also does a fabulous massage treatment using aroma therapy oils, which not only stimulated my sense of smell but I left the office feeling so relaxed. The oils reminded me throughout the rest of my day how life can be so awesome. Thanks Kate.

Kate is a wonderful acupuncturist who I trust completely. I feel like when I work with Kate she knows just where to go to release my blockages, tensions, and built up toxicity. She is very patient and kind and is a pleasure to be in session with. No matter what is wrong I feel comfortable asking her what her recommendation is. I always feel lighter, more free, and better after a session with Kate. Weather I'm coming in for deep work or relaxation she hits the spot. She is very knowledgeable about acupuncture and Chinese medicine in general. I would recommend her to any of my friends. Beyond being a good acupuncturist Kate is a gifted overall healer.
Pros: conveinent LoDo location, wonderful treatment room, excellent abilities

When I feel like I am coming down with something I go to Kate. She is gentle and talented and I often feel a lot better after my treatment.
