For the first time in my life I actually like my hair. My hair is naturally very, very curly and it was long. I have never been able to find someone who could handle giving me a stylish cut. Even in NYC I was unable to find the talent Carlin has! The salon is great and the service was amazing. This is, by far, the best haircut of my life. She is truly an artist and is great with curly hair!!!

It's a little hard to find and parking can be tricky but it is well worth the trouble. I love that this salon is not a big franchise, you feel like a valued client and welcomed without it feeling like they are doing because a corporate office told them they had to. Brandy, the owner, not only takes pride in her own work as a hair stylist but as a business owner, she really wants best for the clients. The salon is very clean and modern. I would highly recommend Carlin as an all-around hair stylist. She is constantly up-to-date on new techniques, styles, and products. My hair is healthier than it has ever been and I don't mind all the compliments that I get about me hair. Carlin is an AMAZING stylist, colorer, and expert on hair care. I even had Carlin do my hair and all my bridesmaids hair for my wedding. She was wonderful, everyone was done on time and looking amazing with all very different hair dues. Carlin will never let you down and it is very obvious that she loves what she does and genuinely about her work, her clients, and her client's happiness. Everyone that I have recommended to the salon and to Carlin has had nothing but good things to say as well and are now all devoted clients to Salon Pure.

For the first time in my life, ok...MY LIFE, I finally love my hair! The cut, color and service are perfect! I have never been happier, and will continue to have my hair "did" at this salon. I've found my new place and I'm so happy! Carlin, you are the best hon, and I look forward to seeing you soon!!

I love this salon. I moved from NY and it took a good year to find a hair stylist that I trusted and would get excited to see. I highly recomment Carlin. She is a young, hip and very talented stylist. I trust her opinion and I have been very happy since she has been cutting and coloring my hair. I also get alot of compliments regarding my hair. Go see Carlin, you won't be disappointed.

Pros: Right downtown and you don't have to schedule weeks in advance.

Cons: Sometimes parking is a bit limited but it's worth it, I promise

Finally I found someone who can cut curly hair! Carlin Paetow is the top stylist for cutting naturally curly hair. I had my hair cut just before the holidays and am really happy with the results. She didn't take off too much- which is great because I have had so many bad cuts where the stylist did not listen to what I asked for. She knows I am trying to grow out my hair and did not make it look too short (like Shirley Temple)! I really trust her completely to do an excellent job. She did my hair for my wedding party and myself. I was really happy with the results and my bridesmaids look great in the pictures. So not only is she talented with difficult curly hair but she is a pro with up dos as well! I highly recommend you make an appointment with her and find out for your self. In terms of the establishment, it was easy to find, right near the 16th street mall. It is clean inside, with good music playing and a comfortable atmosphere. They also have a clean public restroom- definitely a plus! The prices are very reasonable given the high quality of service. She does not just do a "getchya in and out" kind of job. She works by appointment and is a perfectionist in the sense that she takes as much time as is necessary to get it right.

Pros: End product is spectacular, convenient location

Cons: meter or garage parking only

This little boutique salon located across from the Grand Hyatt downtown, was one of the best experiences I have encountered in over 20 years! The staff is super friendly and very talented. I have super fine hair, and it is hard to get body, and after my long consultation I was very comfortable letting the stylist do her work. I highly recommend ANY stylist in there. They are all great!!!

Pros: Extremely friendly salon

The salon is small, but cute and comfortable. Kevin really is the best hairdresser on the planet. I have been everywhere in Colorado, it seems, and have never been as happy with a stylist as I am with Kevin. He's great with innovative color and color placement and he can cut hair faster than anyone I've seen, but it always comes out perfect. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny, but it's totally worth it. Become a regular client of his and it won't break your wallet as much. This is the best place to get your hair done, hands down. Oh, and it's independent, so they don't push annoying products on you.

My boyfriend and I were referred to Kevin from a friend of ours. I was skeptical at first to try a new stylist but Kevin is the best hair stylist I have ever had! He made me feel very welcome and comfortable and seemed to know what I wanted before I even explained it. The salon itself is very modern and cute. I would highly recommend Kevin and this salon to everyone! For those of you who are bored with your stylist , even your style, or just plain need to find a great hair stylist, I definitely recommend Kevin. =]

I had called early about 8:00 in the morning to see if they could fix my hair. The night before I had gone to another salon and asked for a simple highlight from a salon I wont even say, the stylist gave me racing stripes down my head. I thought do I even want to go back to have them fix it and I decided to try a different place instead SALON PURE. I asked to speak with the owner and she made me fill so much better. I got in at 10:00 and she fixed my hair and I'm so happy. I would have anyone go to her she is awesome, her name is Brandy and she can work magic. I highly recommend this salon.

After trying to dye my own hair, and hating the results I went to Salon Pure to have them fix what I had done. They were able to get me in the same day, and I love the results of both my hair cut and dye. The staff and owner were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend their services highly.
