I am by no means a member of the fitness elite and yet at Qi everyone was incredibly welcoming and there to help me get into shape. The trainers are always happy to help me come up with new moves and routines and the class instructors only want to challenge you and have you succeed. Qi is a place I like to spend time and that makes it a thousand times easier to get in shape.
Pros: Staff, atmosphere and great classes

My knees have always been a little weak and as I aged running became harder and harder on my joints. I still really enjoy cardio and Qi has these incredible glider machines that mimick the motion of inline skating or cross country skiing. The machine doesn't hurt my knees at all and I still get to work up a sweat with some powerful cardio that's the kind of workout I enjoy.
Pros: Great variety of machines and eqipment

I'm just starting to get into weight training and I love going to the gym with my husband who has been lifting for years. Qi has these incredible Easyline machines that are great at helping me work towards more resistance training. They also have equipment that is challenging enough for my husband to get a good workout as well. Qi really supports people at all levels of fitness and their eqipment shows that.
Pros: Great Equipment very user friendly

So many gyms end up really crowded with people fighting and pushing for space in classes. Qi is a small neighborhood gym and will eventually limit their membership to keep that feel. The classes never have more than 8 people in them so you really get a workout that's fit for you. Qi is a great gym that has a welcoming feel.
Pros: Small neighborhood feel with great resources

My main requirement when picking a gym is that they offer classes I can get in to and dedicate myself to. Qi has a great offering of free classes including boot camp and the best ab class I've ever been to. For a small fee yoga and Kinesis classes are offered which are also great and challenging. I love being able to mix and match my workout routines without it being my effort. Qi is perfect for the way I work out and their classes really utilize the diverse eqipment they have in the gym.
Pros: Incredible classes and a ton of variety in their equipment

At age 43 I'm in the best shape of my life thanks in great part to Qi. I went in, met with a trainer and told them I want to run a marathon. I've been training for months and it's getting easier and easier. With encouragement, prodding and a positive attitude, the people at Qi really helped push me when I was content to let go of my dream.
Pros: Small class sizes, great instructors, boot camp

Qi is an incredible gym experience. I've worked out in a ton of different places and it's always just been a work out, but Qi is somewhere I really like to spend my time and money. The trainers are friendly, it's centrally located, the equipment is state of the art, the classes are great and challenging and the atmosphere is unlike any gym I've ever been to. I recommend Qi to everyone I know, especially those lukewarm to the gym/fitness world.
Pros: great atmosphere and encouraging staff

I've tried every workout there is and am always looking for some new way to challenge myself physically. Qi has the resources to keep me excited about my fitness. They offer bootcamps that push me to my limit and their Kinesis class works muscles I never knew I had. The trainers at Qi are always there to talk shop with me and help me brainstorm new ways to push it. The atmosphere of the gym focuses on fitness not competetion and that's a great way to get fit.
Pros: great classes and trainers

What sets Qi apart is that I can ask them anything about fitness and they'll have the answer or find the answer and won't make me feel bad for needing to ask it. Some one is always there to help me if I need help with a machine, diet suggestions or best trail rides on my bike. Qi is truly a community and it's that feeling that makes me want to go to the gym, no matter how tired I am.
Pros: Staff that cares and helps

I had let my fitness slip alot in the past few years, focusing on my job, family, etc. but Qi made it really easy for me to get back into shape. I weened myself back onto weights by using their incredible Easyline machines and then graduated to the weight machines a month or two later. The trainers were always there to encourage me and push me when I needed it. The relaxed atmosphere and beautiful artwork made it somewhere I wanted to spend time so going to the gym is no longer a chore for me.
Pros: Friendly staff and great atmosphere
Cons: sometimes hard to park
