What a find. A nice looking non-chain place with great food and even better happy hour. We could not believe it when we went in for a quick drink thinking happy hour would probably mean beer and wine only. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that ALL drinks are 1/2 off - even the good stuff! Our quick drink turned into a great night. The food was really good - the burger is huge. We'll be back. Can't wait for the weather to be nice enough for Leo's big patio.
Pros: happy hour. food....

Went to Leo's for Mothers Day. We didn't realize they have a full bar and patio. What a perfect day to sit outside. The breakfast is amazing, its hard to choose! We ordered lots of things to try and loved it all. The waffles were my favorite. My husband loved the greek scramble. The kids meals came with sno cones, so Leo's is their new favorite place. When we left I was given a gift of godiva chocolates for mothers day! You can tell Leo's is a family place set way apart from the chains. The coffee is the best too.
Pros: not a chain. great food and service
Cons: none

This past weekend, my family and I stopped in to Leo's for Breakfast...and it was absolutely yummy! I have NEVER been to a restaurant where they serve piping hot cinnamon rolls (in lieu of bread) while you're waiting for you food!! In terms of the food...My husband had the spiced citrus pancakes, which were fabulous (and filling), and I had the French Scramble(I had it made with egg whites), which was also a winner. Since breakfast was delicious, we decided to go back for dinner tonight, and it was just a good. I have never had Salmon as delicious as the one I had tonight(not "fishy" at all). It is listed on the menu as Pan Salmon. It 's served over a bed of chopped sauteed veggies Saffron broth(It also came with roasted potatoes-which I didn't eat). My husband had some sort of a Fiesta salad...(with Salmon on top)...very, very good(he couldn't finish it). We didn't try the dessert, because we were too full. One other thing. I noticed that they do have a very nice bar...so this might be just the perfect happy hour spot!

I took my kids to Leos for a change of pace and it was a great experience. The kids meals were large and we thought it was so cute that they came with snowcones (what a nice surprise). I ordered the ahi tuna salad and found it fantastic. The salad dressing that was used was so different and so delicious!!! My husband ordered the burgers and was very pleased of the size, quality, and taste. He had the homemade chips as his side dish which he loved. I thought it was great that there were options to have salad or fruit as a side dish without charging extra. I have been back many times since and feel as if I am entering the owners home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting something out of the ordinary.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEO'S ... The food is MAGNIFICENT, the Serving Staff is Attentive, Collegial , and Professional. The owner's make you feel as though you are having dinner with them in their home - LOVE LEO'S. Already made reservations for Mother's Day!

My wife's family was in town from California and we wanted to try something new. We all were sorry we tried Leo's. The food was over priced for the quality. I had an omelette, it was nothing great. The service was not great either. We waited a long time for our order to be taken and then for the food to arrive. Everything was expensive and not worth the money we spent. So we tried something new and had a bad experience, it's better to stick with the familiar restaurants. Next time we will skip Leo's.

A friend and I wanted to enjoy a quick lunch and decided to try Leo's cafe. We split the calamari and each had a salad. The calamari was delicious and not too greasy or overcooked. My salad was great!! I ordered the tuna sashimi salad which had the most amazing dressing. The food was fresh. The service was prompt and pleasent. I will definitely go back to try brunch and some of their main dishes. What a great addition to the area! I also really like the fact that it was locally owned and run by a very nice family. Definitely highly recommended!

I think some of the former posters are being a little harsh. Most of the restaurants in this area are chains, and the food never changes and becomes boring. My family and I went and ate breakfast at Leo's this morning and it was delicious! The portions are very large and the food was extremely fresh. My fruit salad contained fresh plums, apples, honeydew, black berries, cantelope and kiwi--all hand cut--not out of a gross baggie. A kid's meal is 4.50 and they are very large--even for my older-aged kids. The entire meal for 4 people--2 adults--2 kids--including 2 adult soft drinks and an extra side of bacon--was only 29.95 w/ our 15% off coupon from citysearch. I was very pleased and we will definately return.

We went to Leo's shortly after it had just opened for a Sunday brunch. The service was horrible (I don't think the servers had ever waitressed before!), they forgot our side orders and the food was blah-not worth the money. Plus, as we were eating, someone ran into my car as it sat in their parking lot! Needless to say it was not a good experience!

The place is nice and bigger than it appears from the outside. The service was "just okay" and the food wasn't awful but it wasn't anything special either. They claim to have bold flavors and high value and frankly I didn't experience either one in my buffalo burger (it was just a burger , though). The burger was cooked medium rare even though I ordered it medium well and the tomato looked like it had hitchhiked it's way from Kentucky (because it was yucky). My wife had some sort of Pannini which looked great but didn't seem to be exactly what she had hoped for. To Leo's credit, we both thought that the homemade potato chips were very good. Overall, I found it ironic that a new restaurant boasting a desire to serve the best food with bold flavors and high value serves Iced Tea from a fountain dispenser...that is just ignorant! How hard is it to brew iced tea?? I probably would have liked the food better and would consider going back if it wasn't for the fake tea...which is just a HUGE pet peeve of mine. Fortunately, the Iced Tea was served in a cute little glass big enough to hold only about a 1/2 cup of your favorite beverage (If you haven't guessed it, small drinking glasses are another pet peeve). Hopefully, they get these two flaws fixed. If they do, I might go back for another try. But, don't get your hopes up for this one...you might find yourself disappointed as my family and I did. To the owners: If you truly want me or my family to come back "a lot" like it says on your menu, then get rid of the fake tea and replace with fresh brewed and save the tiny glasses for tequila shots. Good luck otherwise!
Pros: Lots of choices on the menu
Cons: Lousy fake iced tea (from the soda fountain) and small drinking glasses
