a very frustrating experience, taken care of.. They will fix you car but you have to walk them through the job. came back with lots of flaws in the clearcoat and trim that was reinstalled poorly. they broke a plastic fender spacer, likely thinking we wouldn't notice. they tried to buff out the clear, still has runs and sags. After bringing it back and leaving it for two more days, trims still looks a little off, and clear still has sags and runs, had buff the fender myself. They did replace the piece they broke with no trouble and did apologize for the oversight.

Updated. Was told owner was out of town when our car was in for repair. Once they got involved, the level of service went to the highest level I've seen in quite some time. They came and picked up the car took care of the problems. I'm happy with the repair.  View Less

Wonderful Place SAVED our car! :). Tying to save a few bucks, My husband and I hired somebody off ‘Craig’s List’ to fix the bumper on our silver 2007 4-Runner. We purchased a brand new bumper from the Toyota dealership and wanted this guy to install and paint it for us while we were at work. He did kind of…if you count using spray paint, while the bumper was already on the car. Our car was ruined. The bumper looked like a kindergarten student painted it, and there was over spray all over the outside and inside of our car. The very next morning I drove all over town taking it to body shops to get estimates. All estimated were higher than Addison and several places said they would only fix it if we got another new bumper. Every one at Addison Auto Center was helpful and concerned. Our car looks FANTASTIC just like new. Any time we have any car issues in the future we will be using Addison the first time and skipping Craig’s List!  View Less View More

Terrible customer service and lack of attention to detail. I took my Volvo here upon the recommendation of the dealership to have some minor work done. They gave me an estimate and then tried to charge me for the whole estimate, when they only performed 75% of the work. I am really angered by how they do not call with updates on your vehicle and you be able to read minds to know if it is ready for pick up. Do not take your vehicle here unless you have a lot of time and patience for mistakes. The ownership took care of the expense for the mistakes on my car.  View Less View More

horrible and overpriced. I took my 2006 Honda CR-V here to be repaired after an accident. I was treated like a "stupid" woman and did not appreciate that. The front desk people were very fake nice and were too busy chatting with each other to help me. I talked to my adjuster about the shop and he told me that I should've taken my car to one of their preferred shops! Next time I will! Talk to your insurance company for advice!! They know the shops and work with them everyday.  View Less View More

Great place for honest service. It's nice to have an auto repair place that is so well connected in the community. They alwyas have time for you. They expalin what is needed and call you if something else might be needed.

The shuttle service takes a lot worry out of how you will get to work and the people are great!  View Less

Addison Saved Me $1500. I started using Addison Auto for my routine oil changes because they give you a punchcard - get the 6th one free. During my most recent oil change they found that my left head gasket was leaking. My car only has 54,000 miles on it, but NO WARRANTY because I am the 2nd owner. I can't afford a repair like this so I kind of panicked! THANKFULLY the service manager (Giddeon?) called in a favor to Burt Subaru. They were able to fix it under warranty because the miles are so low. I didn't have to pay a dime. FYI: the dealership did try to sell me $500 in pulleys and belts, but I am going back to Addison for those. Addison Auto is AWESOME! Talk about GREAT and TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE!  View Less View More

Excellent Service. After a bad experience at a different shop Addison fixed what they did wrong. Now my car is in good driving condition again. The staff is very friendly, helpful and customer oriented. They know what they are doing and what they are talking about. Their prices are also very reasonable. I am very happy with Addison and I recommend this place to everybody.  View Less View More

Excellent Service. I am so happy to have found Addisons! I am a young woman who had a hard time finding a shop I could trust and wouldn't rip me off because I was female! I had been to one place that gave me a $1,200 estimate for something I knew shouldn't cost near that. I then took my car to Addisons and was out the door for less than $300. They are extremely reasonable and honest.

I was completely satisfied with my service and have taken my car back for several things since.

One great perk - if you call ahead they will give you a ride to work or home after dropping your car off!!  View Less

Excellence in Customer Service - Addison Auto Body/Repair Shop. I wasn't sure if Alysha would remember me after bringing my 2000 Lexus sedan in Sep-2008 for her to take a look at to repair dings/blemishes. After completing her survey of the vehicle, Alysha sat with me and reviewed each repair item and the cost to fix. She also helped me identify some of the pros and cons of having this much work done on a late model vehicle. Never once did I feel any pressure from Alysha to get the job booked. After careful consideration, the decision was made to trade the sedan for a Lexus RX. In late Dec-2008, the RX suffered substantial front-end damage in a "black-ice" slide in a parking lot. It was Alysha's honesty and professionalism that I quickly remembered when my insurance company asked me where I wanted to have the vehicle repaired. I replied, "Let's send it to Addison Auto Body, not the Lexus dealer." My insurance agent told me that Addison Auto had commendable business ratings and that they would be able to deal directly with them. AAA informed me that Addison is a AAA-authorized/certified repair shop. One call to Addison Auto from the accident scene was all it took. They made all the arrangements for receiving the RX, provided me with a detailed explanation of the process, and then they found me a rental car in 15 minutes, and it was waiting for me when I arrived at the shop with the tow-truck driver. The very next business day, I received the insurance adjuster's estimate and Alysha placed the order for all the repair parts. This is truly "Excellence in Customer Service"! This was such a refreshing experience, because I prefer to do business with local establishments and they are right in my neighborhood here in South Denver.  View Less View More

25 years of great service. We started taking our cars to Addison Auto beginning in 1983 with our Saab. Since then, we have taken other Saabs, and our Honda Accord, VW Passat and Audi A3 to Jim and Brenda.

Our most recent visit was to repair our new (300 miles on the odometer) Audi A3 that was rear-ended. Addison did a fabulous job. They dealt with the insurance company. They restored our car to brand-new condition.

So, why do I keep going to Addison Auto? Because I trust them. I trust them to what is needed and not to recommend un-needed repairs.  View Less
